Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 cups Chicken Broth
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1.2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Large Avocados; pitted
1/2 cup Chopped fresh Cilantro
Juice from a Lime
What To Do:
- Melt the butter in a skillet
- Add the flour and mix until golden, about 2 minutes
- Slowly stir in the broth and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 5 minutes
- Add in sour cream, cumin, salt, garlic powder, and pepper
- Mix until there are no lumps
- Remove and transfer to a blender
- Add avocados, cilantro and lime juice
- Blend until smooth
